Cameron Bagrie is an independant and insightful expert on financial markets.

Prior to setting up Bagrie Economics he was Chief Economist at ANZ for 11.5 years. Under Cameron’s leadership the ANZ Economics team was consistently ranked number one for analysis of the NZ economy across the business and financial community.

Scott Bishop

Chief Innovation Officer, Z Energy

Scott will present his thoughts on Corporate Innovation and how it is driven through a new leadership mindset around decision making, risk taking and experimentation. Linking the latest in customer trends and client experience, he will provide thought provoking real world examples including how Z Energy is reinventing itself and discuss how Harcourts can leverage their teams to ensure they remain a market leader.

Scott runs the Innovation Refinery at Z Energy – an incubation team responsible for building the overall capability of the firm and the next generation products and services that matter for a moving world.
Scott grew up with the Seattle Tech scene. Prior to joining Z, he ran Product Management, Innovation and Design for the global payments organization at Amazon. Before Amazon, Scott spent 13 years at Microsoft. As Director of Product Management in the Online Services Division, his teams were responsible for authoring the value proposition vision document that defined the product requirements for the introduction of Bing, Microsoft’s search engine and for driving customer engagement through the Bing Rewards program which based on its success ultimately morphed into the Microsoft Rewards program. He also was the Director of Corporate Research where his teams were responsible for designing and conducting research for Microsoft Office and Windows throughout the product development cycle.

Rich is a holistic wellness practitioner and movement coach. What does that mean?!
Rich works with people who have physical issues, who may want to move better. They may have imbalances which need correcting. His holistic approach means he looks at and can measure client’s internal health from; stress, food sensitivities, blood chemistry analysis. These allow windows into understanding a person’s complete health not just the ones you can see. Often these harder to measure aspects of health make the difference in a client’s success.
Rich works with a spectrum of people who have achieved and are achieving fantastic results in energy levels, weigh management and stress – this is achieving by working towards a more balanced approach to life as a whole.
Supporting people make positive changes in their lives is Rich’s “why”. He believes clients enjoy working with him because he is trustworthy, reliable and consistent – and get results. They see that he truly loves what he does.
Rich also runs corporate health and wellness programmes with companies looking to invest in their team for better health and a return on investment in terms of productivity, culture and reduced absenteeism.

Bindi Norwell

Bindi is an experienced business leader and strategist who has worked in New Zealand, Australia and the UK. She has a strong background in digital media and technology. Most recently she was Executive Director of TNS Global, a customer and marketing insights-based consultancy working with a diverse network of New Zealand Companies.

Since commencing her role as CEO in December 2016, Bindi has been advocating on behalf of REINZ members with Government and policy makers on the big issues impacting the real estate industry and calling for change that benefits members and the industry. She also acts as a trusted voice in the media by providing regular market commentary, industry expertise and opinions on market-wide issues.

Graham has recently been appointed to the Harcourts International Board and has extensive experience around technology, digital and data and so will be an invaluable addition. He has wide knowledge and connection with Australasia, India, China, UK and USA so will also bring a ‘global’ view. This is a great opportunity to meet Graham and hear his views on technology, disruption, data and the impact on this within our business in the future!

Graham Mirabito has over 35 years’ experience in the information technology industry including 10 years in engineering, 5 years sales and marketing and 20 years in operations, mergers, acquisitions and general management.

The last 12 years Graham was CEO of RP Data /CoreLogic the industry leader in property data and analytics, providing solutions to real estate, finance, insurance and government industries in Australia, New Zealand, UK, China and India. The company ASX listed in 2006 and was acquired by strategic shareholder, CoreLogic in 2011.

Over the last decade RP Data/CoreLogic grew 10-fold as it expanded its range of property data and analytics services as well as concluding over 10 acquisitions. Currently the business has over 1,000 staff and 26,000 customers.

Graham now manages a personal portfolio of FinTech and ReTech investments in USA, Australia, Middle East and India.
