Negotiated rates are only applicable during the conference dates, bookings outside these dates will receive an error and need to be booked directly through the hotel. The hotel is happy to make bookings where guests may have additional nights to add. Contracted rates are not guaranteed and will be looked at on a case by case basis- group.reservations@ihg.com

A contact number/email and credit card must be provided. Guests are responsible for payment of the rooms direct to the hotel.

Cancellation is 30 days prior to arrival date. Bookings cancelled within 30 days will be charged a cancellation penalty equal to the nights cancelled.

The link will expire 60 days prior to arrival (17th March 2020) and rooms are subject to availability at all times.

Program Harcourts reserves the right to make changes to the program at any time as circumstances dictate. Every effort will be made to ensure a program of equivalent standard and value should unavoidable changes occur. Registration places are limited and will be allocated on a strictly ‘first in’ payment basis.

Cancellations Registration cancellation requests or any changes must be received in writing to the Harcourts New Zealand National Events Team via email at eventsnz@harcourts.net. Confirmation of cancellation will be emailed to you and refunds will be made up until 5pm, 30 April 2020 (less a $100.00 cancellation fee). Please note – no refunds or changes will be permitted after this closing date and cancellation of registration fee will be charged in full.

Conference 2020 FAQs

Can I enter the Auction Competition if I am not attending the Harcourts 2020 Conference?
Yes, as long as you are a Harcourts team member and all usual Harcourts New Zealand Auction Competition rules apply.

When can I book for the International Awards Dinner?
The International Awards Dinner bookings will be open before the end of November. Don’t worry though, if you register for 2020 Conference, we will reserve a seat for you at the Awards Dinner and contact you separately once bookings open, to secure your seat and /or table and associated payment.
