Mike Green, Managing Director, Harcourts International
Mike has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. He is the former owner of Harcourts franchise, Mike Green Real Estate Ltd (Auckland). With nine offices and over 150 people, the operation achieved No 1 Harcourts Franchise for New Zealand for four consecutive years. Moving to Queensland, Australia in 1997, Mike and Irene Green were responsible for the establishment and growth of Harcourts’ Australian arm. Taking over as Managing Director of Harcourts International in December 1999, Mike then became responsible for the overall operation and direction of Harcourts’ group of companies, growing the organisation to now encompass over 10,000 people operating in nine countries. Harcourts completed in excess of $35 billion in sales volume in the last financial year.
Bevan Gibbs, Director of People & Culture, Harcourts International
Bevan joins Harcourts as our Director of People and Culture. Based in Brisbane supporting the global business, Bevan is enjoying working with the team to drive our learning, leading and culture counts mindset. Starting his career as an employment lawyer, Bevan has held senior roles in media, mining and consulting. He likes any kind of water sports – swimming, surfing, triathlons and sea kayaking. With three daughters, he has more recently been taking in the art of ballet, jazz and classical dancing, and cheering for his daughters’ netball team.
Steve Caradoc-Davies, General Manager, Harcourts International
Steve is in his 30th year in real estate, having been the business owner of Harcourts Platinum in South Africa – the #1 South African office for 5 years, and consistently in the Top 20 for Harcourts International. He was has been actively involved in Harcourts South Africa, having served on the board since 2005, and has spoken at Harcourts conferences in South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, and the USA. Steve left his business to take up the position of General Manager, Harcourts International. His extensive agent and business owner experience will be used to ensure the operational team delivers relevant and valued support to the wider Harcourts Group. He will also strengthen the depth of leadership as Harcourts grows, and work with the Executive Team on the roadmap for the future of Harcourts.
Graham Mirabito, Board of Directors, Harcourts International
Graham Mirabito has over 35 years’ experience in the information technology industry including 10 years in engineering, 5 years sales and marketing and 20 years in operations, mergers, acquisitions
and general management. The last 12 years Graham was CEO of RP Data /CoreLogic the industry leader in property data and analytics, providing solutions to real estate, finance, insurance and government industries in Australia, New Zealand, UK, China and India. The company ASX listed in 2006 and was acquired by strategic
shareholder, CoreLogic in 2011. Over the last decade RP Data/CoreLogic grew 10-fold as it expanded its range of property data and analytics services as well as concluding over 10 acquisitions. Currently the business has over 1,000 staff and 26,000 customers.
Graham now manages a personal portfolio of FinTech and ReTech investments in USA, Australia, Middle East and India.

An accomplished business leader with over 35 years’ experience as a chartered accountant and corporate advisor assisting clients in varied aspects of commercial, financial and taxation matters with an emphasis on small to medium enterprises across a broad range of industries and professions.
Additionally, an experienced company director (and Chair) with current and past board roles spanning the private, not-for-profit and government sectors in diverse industries including agriculture, rail, ports, infrastructure, disability services, and education. A Fellow of the Chartered Accountants, Australia and New Zealand and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Steffi Andruchiw, Chief Strategy Officer, Harcourts International
Steffi Andruchiw has been named as the new Chief Strategy Officer for Harcourts International. With over 20 years of experience in finance and commercial roles and as Chief Financial Officer, she is a key member of the Harcourts International Executive Team. Steffi joined Harcourts as Chief Financial Officer in 2012 with responsibility for all finance, treasury, legal and company secretarial matters across the group globally. Based in Brisbane, she is focused on ensuring profitable growth from the execution of our strategic plans. She has an international career that has spanned Harcourts, Flight Centre Limited and Deloitte, is a qualified Chartered Accountant, has an MBA from the University of Queensland and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Stephen Deane, Head of Brand and Client Experience, Harcourts International
I am an experienced board level executive leader, with over twenty years’ experience within B2C and B2B organisations throughout a wide range of industry sectors. I lead talented teams across both national and international geographies, and have been lucky enough to live and work in Europe, North America, Latin America, Africa, the Middle East and Asia Pacific.
Conceiving, developing and implementing outstanding transformation strategies that drive dynamic growth and competitive market positioning is what I do best. Throughout my career, I have proven successful in leading complex multi-brand business initiatives and achieving exceptional rather than expected results. Such as:

Todd Cassie, Chief Information Officer, Harcourts International
Todd is the Harcourts International Chief Information Officer (CIO) and leads our global technology functions. He brings 24 years of tech experience across a wide range of industries in Europe, North America and Australasia.
Todd started with Harcourts in April 2017 and since this time has been focused on building a high performing team that is delivering significant change and improvement across our Software Suite. He works closely with the Harcourts Leadership Teams globally but loves to work with our front line teams to truly understand their challenges and identify where technology can make a difference.
Kym Warner, Chief Financial Officer, Harcourts International
Originally beginning her career with Deloitte, Kym has an outstanding background in franchising, being ex-CFO of the Coffee Club, as well as experience in advertising and digital change through News Limited. She also currently works in the not for profit space as Board Chair of the Hummingbird House Foundation.
Sarah Wood, Chief Executive Officer, realestate.co.nz
Strategic and commercially focused marketing and business executive with a wealth of experience in both New Zealand and the United States. Experience includes e-commerce business management, consumer product marketing, publishing and business-to-business brand and market development.
She has worked at NZME for the past four years in various digital-focused roles and was General Manager – Digital Ventures; GrabOne and YUDU. Prior to this Sarah was based in the USA and worked on the relaunch of the GS1 US brand and website.
She is now the Chief Executive Officer for realestate.co.nz
Bryan Thomson, Managing Director, Harcourts New Zealand
Bryan’s career path has been anything but ordinary, spanning a diverse range of business sectors and roles within the stock and station, real estate, franchising and technology industries. Bryan is a man who wears many hats. His governance roles include Directorships on the boards of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand, Property Page (NZ) Ltd, realestate.co.nz and Harcourts Group Ltd. Between 1998 and 2013, Bryan was with Harcourts in a variety of leadership roles including CEO and Director of Harcourts New Zealand before moving into an international role as Head of Real Estate Operations for Australasia. In 2013, he left Harcourts and started his own business consultancy focused on leadership, business advisory and governance. He recently re-joined Harcourts New Zealand as Managing Director. A charismatic leader and public speaker, Bryan has an innate ability to inspire and bring out the best in people.
